Graco’s SaniForce 3250 3A Air Operated Double Diaphragm pumps are designed to handle applications requiring 3A certification such as dairy, yogurt, cottage cheese, and ice cream ingredient transfer.

SaniForce AODD pumps reduce the number of tri-clamps and gaskets utilised in the fluid path creating a pump that is easier to sanitise and clean as well as quicker and easier to disassemble and maintain. Handle solids up to 96.5 mm (3.8 in.) in diameter and allow for vertical and horizontal pump installation. 316 L stainless steel fluid section and multiple elastomer options provide flexibility to handle almost any material and cleaning chemical. Elastomer options for high temperature fluids or steam cleaning options.

Sanitary pneumatic diaphragm pumps with size ranging from 1 inch up to 101 mm (4 in.)

Flow rates up to 567 lpm (150 gpm) and pressure up to 8.6 bar (125 psi)

Handle solids up to 96.5 mm (3.8 in.) in diameter
